• Authors are required to pay the applicable registration fees as outlined on the Registration Fees section, taking into account the number of pages and the required participant certificates, using the bank details provided above.
• Authors must ensure that their articles are properly formatted in .docx format only using the official template, and in accordance with the guidelines provided on the Author Instructions page.
• The following documents must be prepared in advance for the registration process:
• Proof of payment in a single file (.pdf / .png / .jpeg, maximum size 20 MB)
• Signed copyright form in .pdf format using the official copyright form
• The final article in .docx format using the official template
• The final article in .pdf format of above docx file.
• Only one corresponding author should be designated per submission.
• ✅ Please ensure that all required documents are complete and ready before proceeding with the registration.
